whAT TO EXPECT
Join us in the set of the new western, LeGrand. Watch, learn, and participate in the filming process alongside professional filmmakers and director, Ben Christensen. We are offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to improve your photography and videography skillset and create your own material. The experience includes hands-on learning and opportunities to create your own content on set that you can use in your own social media. See our creative process, how we put together scenes, work with talent, and have a good time with like-minded people.
We will be filming in some of southern Utah's most picturesque settings. And you’ll have the chance to get photos/videos of all the action. Unlike many workshop experiences you will be able to use all the content you create however you’d like.
You’ll get to see first hand how we set up a scene, see camera setups, techniques, and get a front row seat to the filming of a western movie.
We will also have some classroom time where we will discuss fundamentals of videography, visual storytelling, and have time to ask questions.
1 on 1 coaching and personal help in the field will also be available from our instructors.
Instructors will include
Ben Christensen | @_benchristensen Photographer, Director, Professional Storyteller
Chris Petersen I @diehardcowboy_ Western photographer, videographer, video editor, owner of Diehard Cowboy.
Mckensie Petersen I @mckensie_shea Diehard Cowboy owner, account manager, contract manager, advertising manager, PR, HR, and everything else.
